- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient with the same doctor at Good Hope for over 7 years and I adore her and the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and care about their patients. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment for routine care last minute because they are a busy practice. But if you give enough notice, no problem. I have never been turned away for acute situations - they always fit me in. My doctor is often behind on appointments because she takes her time with each patient and is very thorough. I know and expect it and work around it. Reading the previous bad reviews surprised me... Like any business, they are not able to drop everything for everyone to handle an "emergency" that could have been planned for. They answer messages same day, which is reasonable. If you have an emergency, there are always walk in clinics or the ER as a supplement to your GP. They do a terrific job taking care of their patients and I will stick with them and my doctor to the end!July 29, 2017by Margaret Bjornsen
